Individual Membership is open to all professionals interested in Sleep Medicine.
Membership is from January 1 through December 31 of each year.
Print out Application and return with fee.
Institutional Membership is open to organizations or institutions such as but not limited to, sleep disorder labs and centers, hospitals, durable medical equipment companies, sleep diagnostic and therapeutic equipment manufacturing companies, and pharmaceutical companies.
Each facility member will have the option to be featured on the website.
Only those facilities that wish to be featured on the website will be featured. We will only list information that is cleared through each facilities marketing department or marketing representative. Only with expressed written permission will any photos, weblinks, etc. regarding individuals or businesses be listed. Listing options will be: 1) Simple business listing 2) Listing with-weblink 3) Listing with weblink, bios and photos. Each person or entity will receive final approval for his or her information.
